“Con la música a esta parte”
A performance created by an accordionist and a storyteller. Poetry, songs, puppets, and tales to travel through the magical world of words and rhythm. Fun and a poetic approach to language through the magic of the storyteller-singer. For children with wide-open eyes who notice what many overlook. For those with a face of beginnings, and also for those who are no longer at the beginning but still keep their eyes wide and ears open—for those with grey hair who become little again… For anyone eager for stories and discoveries.
Maricuela and Fernando, the one with the folder, are cousins and travelers. She talks and talks, because her grandfather had a tongue that reached his knees. But her cousin, who shared the same grandfather, doesn’t say a word. Still, his hands never stop—he plays an instrument that speaks through keys and movement.
