Theatre games workshop

Through play, we discover pleasure—and when that happens, a new universe opens up for us and for the audience watching. As spectators, we can see that actors capture our attention when, around their characters, we sense their souls fully immersed in play and enjoyment. In this way, they open the door to our imagination.

Objectives:

• Lay the necessary foundations to play and enjoy.
• Discover that our theatrical character comes into existence when we play.
• As an audience, discover that we begin to dream when the actor plays and feels genuine pleasure on stage.
